Income is Sweet

The “Income is Sweet” campaign was created to communicate CLSA’s ability to deliver both income and growth through a fun and visually memorable creative concept. Built around the tagline, “Income is sweet. So is growth. Get both with Splits,” the campaign used a banana split dessert as a playful reference to split share funds, the core investment strategy behind CLSA.

The creative was intentionally tongue-in-cheek, combining financial messaging with bright, dessert-inspired visuals to make the campaign feel more approachable and engaging. The banana split imagery helped reinforce the “Splits” wordplay while creating a positive emotional connection around the fund’s performance and investor outcomes. Messaging around high distribution income and strong returns was paired with colourful visuals and bold typography to help the ads stand out across digital platforms.

The campaign was adapted across Reddit, social media, and animated Google display ads, with motion elements bringing the playful creative concept to life in display formats. Despite the lighter tone, the campaign maintained a clean and polished visual identity consistent with Brompton’s branding.
